Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis handling including harvesting, drying, curing, and trimming is helpful.
• Maintain good discipline and attendance standards.
• Ability to work hands-on with cannabis plant material daily.
• Flexible to work in various production department areas as needed.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Participates in harvesting cannabis material, weighing, and logging for transportation to dry rooms.
• Defoliates plants as needed.
• Maintain compliance using a centralized tracking system.
• Documenting testing results through reports and logs.
• Inputting data into the company database.
• Quality control as product moves through the process.
• Maintain and operate equipment per SOPs and cGMP cleanliness standards.
• Weigh and dispose of plant waste material.
• Ensure cannabis material is accounted for per policy and procedures.
• Support cross-department duties as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
