Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor in Holyoke to oversee daily processing and outbound deliveries. This role ensures accurate recording of discrepancies, efficient vehicle routing, and strict DOT and company policy compliance.

You will work with Production, Inventory and Sales to hit service targets, manage warehousing and shipping activities, and maintain schedules for PITs and delivery fleets while upholding GMP/HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a production environment.
• 2+ years in supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge in continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba Walks).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processing and shipping operations for products manufactured at GTI.
• Record order discrepancies in the 3-way match log by end of business day.
• Route vehicles daily while complying with DOT rules and regulations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet objectives and resolve issues.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure drivers comply with all regulations and company policies.
• Maintain fulfillment process schedule to meet delivery goals.
• Plan maintenance for PITs and delivery vehicles.
• Assist in medical cannabis waste profiles, manifests, and shipping documents.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventory audits and report results.
• Coordinate with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers across departments.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and GTI policies; adhere to GMP and HACCP.
