Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lab Technician to join our facility. The role supports product processing, packaging, and formulation while upholding GMP, quality control, and safety standards. You will assist the Lab Manager with day-to-day tasks and data documentation.

The position requires a minimum of two years’ lab experience in a regulated setting, with flexibility for weekend shifts and varying environmental conditions. Competitive benefits and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a lab following health and safety policies.
• Experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products is preferred.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task are required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cresco Labs extraction processes and assist in product formulation.
• Support production areas with cleaning and quality control to maintain GMP standards.
• Perform data entry and documentation of production activities.
• Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs and operate in varied environmental conditions.
