Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in kitchen, food production, packaging, or manufacturing preferred.
• Cannabis kitchen or food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
• Basic math skills for measuring and portioning.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Must meet all state cannabis employment requirements (age, background check, licensing as required).

Responsibilities

• Support edible or kitchen production teams with daily prep and production tasks.
• Assist with measuring, weighing, mixing, and portioning ingredients as directed.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for compliance and distribution.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
• Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and kitchen work areas.
• Follow all SOPs, recipes, and production instructions accurately.
• Assist with inventory organization and ingredient restocking.
• Report product issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Support QA/QC checks to ensure product consistency and compliance.
• Work collaboratively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
