Job summary

Elevated Roots in Kingston, MA is seeking a Cannabis IPM/Machine Tech to bridge plant health and production efficiency. This part-time role will lead integrated pest management (scouting, monitoring, beneficial bug releases, and room sprays) while aiding the post-harvest team by running trimming machinery part-time as well.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated pest management and crop health.
• Ability to follow and implement SOP-driven treatments.
• Comfort operating trimming machinery part-time along with IPM duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated pest management including scouting, monitoring and beneficial insect releases.
• Perform room sprays and daily inspections to maintain clean, compliant operations.
• Calibrate equipment and perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with cultivation and processing teams.
• Support post-harvest operations with trimming duties on a part-time basis.
