Ethos Cannabis in Ohio is seeking an experienced Inventory Technician to support intake, fulfillment, and inventory flow from finished goods to dispensaries. You will work with state-mandated software and other inventory systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Cannabis experience is a plus but not required; adaptability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Analytical and reporting skills required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with seed-to-sale software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill outgoing orders with high accuracy.
• Take in finished goods into inventory.
• Use POS software and inventory systems for management and fulfillment.
• Report inventory discrepancies to Inventory Manager.
• Assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff training and maintain product knowledge.
• Receive inbound raw materials and assist with deliveries.
• Improve workflows and organize storage areas.
• Transport Cannabis products to dispensaries or wholesale customers.
• Reports to Inventory Manager.
