Job summary

Ethos Cannabis is seeking an Inventory Technician in Massachusetts to support the flow of material from intake to dispensaries. The role requires accuracy in fulfilling orders and maintaining inventory integrity, with responsibilities spanning finished goods intake, use of state-mandated POS software, and assisting with post-harvest tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill outgoing orders with high accuracy.
• Conduct intake of finished goods into inventory.
• Utilize inventory management software for accuracy.
• Report inventory discrepancies to Inventory Manager.
• Assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support staff training and stay informed on product/industry knowledge.
• Assist with inbound deliveries and storage organization.
• Transport cannabis products to dispensaries or wholesale customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
