Job summary

Ethos Cannabis is seeking a Post-Harvest Technician in Ohio to assist in packaging, trimming, and harvesting operations. The role supports inventory control and quality checks while maintaining a clean, organized post-harvest area and ensuring accurate product labeling.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of cannabis industry experience and may hold agricultural or horticultural certifications. Familiarity with inventory software and spreadsheets is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year cannabis growing/trimming/industry experience preferred.
• Certification(s)/education in agricultural, horticultural, or botanical practices.
• Experience with inventory software, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Environmental checks and ongoing observation.
• Harvesting and trimming operations.
• Use of checklists, logs, flow charts and SOPs.
• Cleanliness and sanitizing in work areas.
• Monitor environment in cure areas and protect finished product.
