Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our growing team. You will support the Inventory Manager with picking, packing, and shipping for retail stores, cycle counts, and maintaining stock in the warehouse and vault.

You will update the electronic system, monitor movements, label and store goods, assist in audits, and ensure compliance with METRC plant tagging and safety standards. Compensation is $20/hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inventory management or related field.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory management systems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience handling cannabis inventory preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute picking, packing, and manifesting orders for retail locations.
• Update METRC plant tags and records in compliance with state regulations.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse and vault organization and cleanliness.
• Enter data into the inventory system and generate reports as needed.
• Coordinate with Quality and Cultivation for compliant packing and labeling.
• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy.
