Job summary

Ilera Holistic Healthcare in Baker, LA seeks an Inventory Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory for raw cannabis products and finished goods. You will manage transactions in METRC, coordinate with Cultivation, Manufacturing, Compliance, Finance and Sales, and lead monthly reconciliations.

The role requires meticulous recordkeeping, strong Excel skills, and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring on-time order fulfillment and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; business degree preferred.
• Experience in inventory management in a production setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn METRC and Apex Trading.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end inventory control for all raw cannabis products and finished goods.
• Record inventory transactions in METRC and WIP files timely and accurately.
• Lead monthly inventory reconciliation with all departments.
• Conduct randomized inventory spot checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Cultivation, Manufacturing, Compliance, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Support weekly sales menu management with product availability and pricing updates.
• Back up Supply Chain Director on order fulfillment and distribution.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
