Job summary

Wyld in Oregon is seeking a CBD Inventory Lead to manage accounting of all cannabis inventory, from production through packaging and sales fulfillment. You will ensure METRC-based documentation, accurate labeling, and daily audits while partnering with Supervisors and Managers. Qualifications

• Must communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to follow state regulations and permits requirements.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Document and enter inventory from production into METRC or state system.
• Label all inventory clearly and perform daily physical audits.
• Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor/Manager on levels and packaging planning.
• Log transfers from inventory to finished goods and support sales fulfillment.
• Receive inventory and coordinate flow of raw materials across the facility.
• Maintain clean, organized inventory vault and safe working environment.
• Schedule testing pickups and upload results to production server.
• Train inventory staff and assist with planning and directing work.
