Job summary

Dakota Herb is seeking an Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory across cultivation and manufacturing facilities, using Metrc to track plants, packages, and transfers. You will reconcile physical and electronic records and fulfill wholesale and inter-facility orders, ensuring compliance and precise inventory control.

You will work with cultivation, manufacturing, packaging, and management to keep stock visibility, perform daily reconciliations, and escalate

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures consistently.
• Comfortable working with computer-based inventory systems.
• Ability to learn and accurately use Metrc.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must obtain South Dakota cannabis establishment credentials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate Metrc inventory for cultivation and manufacturing activities.
• Track plant counts and tag locations; ensure correct assignment.
• Verify package identifiers and quantities during movements.
• Pull and pack wholesale orders; verify details before transfer.
• Keep product storage locations organized and labeled.
• Conduct routine physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs and SD medical cannabis tracking requirements.
• Report discrepancies or potential compliance concerns to management.
