Job summary

Baked Bros is seeking an Inventory Lead to maintain accurate, compliant inventory control across the cannabis product lifecycle. You will oversee daily operations, support the Inventory & Purchasing Manager, and coordinate with production, packaging, distribution, and sales teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Attention to detail and the stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and reach are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of state regulations related to inventory management.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and Google Drive applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations and ensure accurate labeling and storage.
• Support real-time inventory accuracy in Flourish and other systems; perform cycle counts and EOM counts.
• Reconcile variances and adjust records as needed.
• Manage finished goods inputs and verify counts against BTS.
• Track raw materials, packaging, and consumables from intake to consumption.
• Communicate expiring or short‑dated products to managers.
• Oversee handoff of inventory to production and packaging teams with proper documentation.
• Maintain proper storage and documentation for active ingredients, homogenization, and dosing.
