Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a production associate in Florida to support harvesting and early processing of cannabis products in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will handle bud removal, sorting, labeling, and packaging while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards.

Responsibilities include documenting harvested material, monitoring dry rooms, and assisting the team to meet output targets. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, ability to work 6:00am–4:30pm Tue–Fri, and compliance

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a general production, preferably regulated.
• Ability to remember and follow compliance, quality and HR guidelines.
• Ability to work in a team setting and multi-task.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Must be able to sit/stand/kneel and perform repetitive tasks with hands.

Responsibilities

• Harvesting and first stages in processing with focus on quality and aesthetics.
• Work in the garden, plucking leaves before harvest.
• Monitor and control dry rooms to optimize flower qualities.
• Buck, weigh, bag, tag and label product for ID.
• Hand select product for size, quality and appearance.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation as per Cresco Labs and State rules.
• Keep records of harvested and processed product for QC.
