Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certifications preferred.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess valid state ID.
• Must be able to obtain state cannabis badging (background check required).

Responsibilities

• Perform plant maintenance including defoliation, pruning, skirting and other tasks with dexterity and precision.
• Meet production goals and maintain high performance.
• Follow department SOPs and work instructions.
• Recognize strains and growth patterns and identify anomalies.
• Work in a team environment while completing individual tasks.
