Responsibilities

• Trim flower from plants quickly and efficiently while ensuring quality.
• Trim by hand and/or with trimming/sorting/packaging equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Sit/stand for long periods while focusing on detail.
• Track unusable waste and usable by-products per plant/batch.
• Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements, and math.
• Communicate openly with management and coworkers.
• Follow SOPs, verbal directives, and policies.
