Job summary

District Cannabis LLC. is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to oversee the dispensary fulfillment process and lead a team in Maryland. You will work with the Inventory Manager to monitor product quality, expiration dates, and streamline picking, storage, and fulfillment workflows.

You will manage opening/closing tasks and ensure compliance with all policies. The role requires strong leadership, experience with inventory systems, and METRC familiarity, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age for legal compliance.
Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in inventory or fulfillment.
Minimum of 3 years of inventory or fulfillment management experience; cannabis experience preferred.
Two years of METRC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the fulfillment team to ensure compliance and efficiency of inventory flow and operations.
Lead picking and pulling of products for orders, ensuring timely and accurate selection.
Monitor inventory levels, optimize space utilization and organization for efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and implement process improvements, efficiencies, and best practices.
Maintain product quality standards, check expiration dates, and manage storage requirements.
Backfill vault roles as needed and ensure team accountability across roles.
Create and distribute inventory reports and maintain accurate records in systems.
