Job summary

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age and pass a background check.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive growth in responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory or fulfillment management; cannabis experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of METRC experience.
• Excellent leadership, integrity, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment team to ensure compliant, efficient inventory flow.
• Lead picking and pulling of products for each order with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage inventory levels, optimize space, and improve storage workflows.
