Job summary

You will maintain stock levels, assist with audits, prepare deliveries, and help generate compliance documentation while collaborating with production and sales teams. Requires 1–3 years in related fields and proficiency with Metrc and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., Metrc).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine audits.
• Pull products from adequate inventory levels to fulfill orders.
• Inspect and verify deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Restock the fulfillment center and vault room to maintain product availability.
• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production and sales to align fulfillment with demand.
• Prepare transport manifests and ensure proper documentation.
