Job summary

Goebel Fixture Company in Seattle, WA is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee order processing and shipping within our on-site fulfillment center. You will lead a team, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain regulatory compliance to meet customer demands.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with inventory software, and a valid driver’s license. Cannabis-fulfillment experience and knowledge of NY regulations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment Oversight: Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment department, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. Including, proper product picking, order quality assurance and the creation of regulatory manifests and other required order documentation.
• Compliance: Stay current with New York's cannabis regulations and ensure that all fulfillment processes adhere to legal requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of fulfillment specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relations: Collaborate with customers and intake managers to secure timely deliveries and maintain positive working relationships.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on fulfillment performance, inventory status, and compliance for management review.
