Job summary

DCM Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead the dispensary's inventory operations, train the fulfillment team, and ensure accurate stock levels and compliance with state regulations.

You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, cycle counts, and audits, while maintaining product quality and a safe, organized workspace. This on-site role requires at least 1 year of managerial and 2 years of fulfillment/inventory experience, plus METRC and POS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
• Minimum 2 years of fulfillment/inventory experience.
• 1 year METRC experience preferred.
• 1 year POS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support fulfillment team to ensure compliant inventory flow and efficient operations.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing cannabis products and supplies accurately.
• Track inventory levels and report stock shortages or overages to the Inventory Manager.
• Lead picking and pulling of products for orders with timely, accurate selection.
• Perform inventory counts and update stock records to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain product quality, check expiration dates, and handle storage requirements.
• Train, coach, and lead the team in all fulfillment functions and KPIs.
