Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 21+ years of age and able to pass background screening.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with CGMP standards and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cannabis flower and pre-roll material for moisture, texture, quality, and size.
• Weigh and package flower and pre-rolls; verify quality and quantity of raw batch items.
• Maintain documentation and complete verification paperwork.
• Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment; ensure seals and labels are correct.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow PPE and safety protocols.
• Support QA team and communicate any machine- or material-related issues.
