Job summary

VIBE Cannabis is seeking a Facility Upkeep Technician to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a 100,000 square foot facility in St. Louis, MO. The role reports to the Facility Maintenance Director and focuses on keeping the site clean and orderly.

The position requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, ability to handle heavy equipment, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift experience is preferred and adherence to safety policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in operating a forklift preferred.
• Must have accountability, proactive behavior, strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean facility including bathrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and production rooms.
• Organize and remove trash; break down cardboard and pallets.
• Restock consumables (toilet paper, towels, gloves, hairnets, booties).
• Notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Facility Upkeep Technician

Company Overview

VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking a Facility Upkeep Technician for its facility located in St. Louis, MO; a brand-new medical market just launched in October 2020. VIBE will operate cultivation and manufacturing facilities in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion.

Position Summary/Objective

VIBE Cannabis is seeking a hard working, self motivated individual for the role of Facility Upkeep Technician. This position is responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of our 100,000 square foot facility in St. Louis, Missouri. This position will report directly to the Facility Maintenance Director with a goal of keeping our facility in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Facility Upkeep and Cleaning (dusting, moping, vacuuming, sweeping, etc..) of all;
  • Bathrooms
  • Hallways
  • Breakrooms
  • Production Rooms
• Trash organization and removal from all areas including;
  • Break down of all cardboard
  • Break down of all pallets
• Restock all facility consumables;
  • Toilet Paper
  • Paper Towels
  • Gloves
  • Hairnets
  • Shoe Booties
• Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions or repairs needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
