Job summary

VIBE Cannabis is seeking Cultivation Team Members for our facility in St. Louis, MO. You will work with the Cultivation Team on projects across garden areas, staying on your feet for long shifts and upholding a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include fertigation, plant maintenance, cleaning, trimming, and packaging while maintaining cleanliness and PPE. A background check and valid driver’s license are required. Grower experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Capable of working in loud environments and varying light conditions.
• Able to work in low oxygen areas.
• Able to handle caustic and potentially harmful chemicals while following SOPs.
• Willing to undergo extensive background check.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with basic computer software (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support Cultivation Team to meet production demands and maintain quality.
• Perform fertigation, plant maintenance, cleaning, trimming and packaging of plant products.
• Communicate with Supervisors/Managers and assist in other tasks as needed.
• Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the cultivation process.
• Adhere to best agricultural practices and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records and inventories as required.

VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking new Cannabis Cultivation Team Members for its facility located in St. Louis, MO; a brand-new medical market just launched in October 2020. VIBE will operate cultivation and manufacturing licenses in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion.

Position Summary/Objective

The Cultivation Team Member will work with the Cultivation Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the garden to ensure the best possible products for our patients. Team members should be prepared to come to work clean and well-groomed with a great attitude and be ready to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments.

Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

• Responsible for helping the Cultivation Team meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.


• Duties included, but are not limited to fertigation, plant maintenance, cleaning grow and common areas, trimming, and packaging plant products.


• Communicates directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.


• Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Cultivation process.


• Maintain best agricultural practices.


• Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
