Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to ensure facility and production machinery stay in peak condition. You will minimize downtime through preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and building systems repair (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing failures, maintaining records in CMMS, reading blueprints, and performing electrical and piping work. Must be 21+, legal to work in US.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of industrial/commercial building maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing and electrical systems.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• HVAC Certification and EPA 608/NFPA 70E preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical failures and repair components.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Read blueprints and install piping and control circuits.
• Maintain maintenance records using CMMS.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to safety PPE.
