Job summary

TerrAscend Corp. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead production attainment, drive KPIs, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across post-harvest, lab, packaging, and fulfillment. You will align people, processes, and resources to deliver the production plan.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will develop managers, lead cross-functional teams, monitor plan execution, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain management (cannabis or other regulated industry preferred).
• Expertise with ERP and compliance systems; Metrc/seed-to-sale experience highly desirable.
• Proven track record in leading large teams and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Must satisfy state cannabis age requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Own production attainment as the #1 KPI, ensuring output meets or exceeds plan.
• Track and report production KPIs and implement corrective actions quickly.
• Provide strategic oversight of day-to-day production and on-time delivery.
• Develop managers and supervisors to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor the production plan and ensure alignment with demand across functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer demand and launch new products on time.
• Support a high-performance culture focused on safety and engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
