Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Requires 5 years facility and equipment maintenance experience.
• Requires 2 years of maintenance leadership experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to register with the state cannabis commission as an agent.
• Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SOPs and train personnel.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Operate cultivation and processing equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues.
• Lead hands-on maintenance and PM program.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment.
• Provide CMMS administration and location support.
• Coordinate schedules, interview, hire, and train personnel.
• Manage outside contractors and service agreements.
