Job summary

GritHR Solutions, LLC is seeking an Extraction Supervisor in Missouri to lead hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction, post-processing, and distillation operations alongside the production team. You will manage schedules, batch records, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring technicians and maintaining METRC and SOPs.

Candidates must have 3–5 years cannabis processing experience, a Missouri Agent ID, and be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years hands-on cannabis processing experience.
• Valid Missouri Agent ID required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise extraction technicians and provide day-to-day leadership.
• Manage production schedules, batch records, and ensure safety and quality.
• Oversee hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction, distillation, and post-processing operations.
• Maintain equipment, preventive maintenance, and calibration.
• Ensure METRC batch entries, SOP adherence, and regulatory compliance.
