Job summary

Good Day Farm in Missouri is seeking an Extraction Tech I to assist in the extraction lab for producing concentrated marijuana products. You will formulate concentrates, prepare materials for extraction, and support filling and packaging processes, while maintaining safety and inventory controls.

The role requires ability to obtain a state medical marijuana badge, strong communication, and the capacity to work within regulated workflows.

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
Proficient with standard office equipment, computer software including word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
Able to resolve problems by analyzing data and selecting corrective steps.
Strong communication, written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

Carries out routine tasks following SOPs and safety checks.
Prepares marijuana biomass for extraction and loads/unloads extraction machines.
Formulates marijuana concentrates and handles filling/packaging processes.
Records processing data and follows cleaning schedules/regimens.
Keeps lab stocked by inventorying supplies and notifying supervisors when orders are needed.
Maintains equipment operation and assists with repairs as needed.
Assists with development of internal processes for the department.
Performs other duties as assigned.
