Job summary

Good Day Farm in Missouri is seeking an Extraction Tech I to assist in the extraction lab producing concentrated marijuana products. You will formulate concentrates, prepare materials for extraction, fill and package products, and help with general lab maintenance while following SOPs and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a regulated industry, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
• Ability to use BioTrack, Metrc, and spreadsheet software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of laboratory/manufacturing environment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carries out routine tasks accurately and strictly following SOPs.
• Follows safety procedures and safety checks.
• Prepares marijuana biomass for extraction.
• Loads and unloads extraction machines.
• Formulates marijuana concentrates.
• Performs filling and packaging processes and procedures.
• Records processing data.
• Follows cleaning schedule/regimen.
• Keeps workspace stocked and resourced.
• Inventories supplies and notifies when orders are needed.
• Maintains equipment and assists with repairs.
• Contributes to process improvements in the department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
