Job summary

Phat Panda in Spokane Valley, WA, is seeking an Extraction & Packaging Team Lead to guide the packaging of concentrate products and the breakdown of bulk materials into sellable units. You will assign daily and weekly tasks, supervise weighing and filling of vape cartridges, run quality checks, manage inventory, and ensure orders stay on schedule.

Applicants must be 21+, have a high school diploma or equivalent; leadership experience is a plus, and familiarity with computers and tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Leadership or management experience is a plus.
• Plant or trimming experience is a plus; familiarity with computers and tracking software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily and weekly tasks to team members and track production rates.
• Supervise weighing of concentrates and the filling of vape cartridges and other concentrate products.
• Run quality checks and keep inventory accurate, current, and properly labeled.
• Pull and prep product by priority, keep outgoing trucks on schedule, and inspect final orders.
• Send end-of-shift reports and hand off clear instructions to the next shift.
• Support supervisors on personnel matters, assist with R&D projects, and lend a hand to other departments as needed.
