Job summary

Phat Panda's Spokane Valley production facility is hiring a Production & Packaging Associate to help turn finished product into retail-ready packages. You'll be part of the team responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling items before they head out to stores.

Paid training provided. This full-time role offers an $18.13 per hour pay rate, a 40-hour workweek, and quarterly raises, plus benefits like medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, free meals, and monthly product samples.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience: None required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, package, and label product accurately and efficiently.
• Run and maintain production equipment throughout the shift.
• Perform quality control checks before product ships.
• Prepare and stage completed orders for shipment.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
