Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to educate guests about products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, guiding their cannabis education journey.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and maintain compliance with inventory protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure security and compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless in-store experience and achieve store goals.
