Job summary

Trulieve in the United States is seeking a Troche Technician I to join the Processing department. This role supports the Troche Lead and Supervisor in producing cannabis-infused edible products in a controlled kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, weighing, labeling, ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance, and assisting with sanitation and training on equipment. A hands-on team player with attention to detail will thrive in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a production facility; food experience preferred.
• 1+ year in a cGMP environment preferred.
• Safe serve certification preferred.
• Experience with cannabis-infused edibles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Troche Technician II in producing cannabis edibles.
• Prepare edibles in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Measure raw materials for production runs and verify weights.
• Weigh, label, and pack into case packs; unmold and portion products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen; follow GMP/HACCP processes.
