Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Extraction Technician I to support extraction and production operations. The role centers on prep, weighing, and ensuring input/output material quality with attention to equipment and chemical handling.

Responsibilities include inspecting batches, weighing and packaging material, and assisting higher-level technicians. The position requires adherence to cGMP, safety protocols, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA, WV).
• Comprehensive background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming batches for moisture, texture, quality, size.
• Weigh and package flower, fresh frozen, and/or trim.
• Assist Extraction Technician II and perform basic machine setup tasks.
• Document maintenance and equipment checks; report issues to leads.
• Ensure seals and PPE adherence per cGMP and standards.
• Maintain detailed task records and collaborate with maintenance.
