Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Extraction Technician I to support extraction and production operations. You will prep, weigh, and ensure quality of input and output material, with careful attention to safety and process standards.

This role requires familiarity with extraction equipment, strong record-keeping, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The team emphasizes quality, compliance, and collaboration across facilities and maintenance.

Qualifications

Outstanding communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Experience with regulated environments and safety protocols is preferred.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming inspections (moisture, texture, overall quality, size) of incoming batches of flower and pre-roll material.
Weigh, package flower, fresh frozen, and/or trim during and after machine operation.
Conduct and document routine equipment checks and minor adjustments during operations.
Maintain detailed records for documentation and traceability; collaborate with facilities and maintenance to resolve issues.
Notify leads of quality, machine operation, and material challenges as they occur; address fixes.
Attend to other job duties as assigned by management.
