Job summary

Trulieve is hiring an Extraction Technician I to support our extraction and production operations in Quincy, FL. The role focuses on prep, weighing, and ensuring quality of input materials while following cGMP standards.

You will work with extraction equipment, document tasks, and collaborate with the facilities team to maintain equipment and SOP adherence. Training provided, with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year processing quality experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work with chemicals in a controlled environment.
• Must pass state background screening and be 21+.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming batches for moisture, texture, quality, and size.
• Weigh and package flower, fresh frozen, and/or trim.
• Support extraction tech 2 with operations and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare equipment, document inventory, and perform routine checks.
