Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Fall River, MA to lead a team producing cannabis-infused edibles in a regulated facility. You will oversee prep, cooking, equipment operation, and production logs to ensure quality and compliance in line with Cresco standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, vendor coordination, and maintaining a clean, GMP-compliant kitchen while supporting safety and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing direct reports and teams.
• Experience in environments with strict health and safety policies, preferably regulated fields producing consumables.
• Clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail in production logs and ingredient lot numbers.

Responsibilities

• Produce infused edible products and manage kitchen staff for day-to-day operations.
• Set weekly/monthly production schedules with S&OP and Facility Leadership.
• Organize ingredients, place orders with vendors, and maintain inventory.
