Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Kitchen Associate in Massachusetts to manufacture cannabis edibles, scale recipes, and maintain a clean, compliant kitchen. The role supports the Kitchen Supervisor and Manager in all production tasks within the department.

Working a 4-day schedule (6:00am–4:30pm Mon-Thu), you will start at $19/hour with room to grow. This hands-on position involves operating industrial kitchen equipment and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager and Director of Production.

Qualifications

• Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire).
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cannabis edibles and medicated tinctures.
• Scale and mix ingredients according to standard recipes.
• Operate electric mixers and other industrial kitchen tools.
• Monitor quality of product and materials in the department.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of produced goods.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and sanitized.
