Cresco Labs in Providence, RI, seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead a production team in creating cannabis-infused edible products. You will plan and execute daily and weekly schedules, supervise staff, and ensure batch accuracy, quality, and safety in a GMP-aligned facility.

Responsibilities include coordinating ingredients, maintaining logs, and upholding strict health and safety standards while delivering on Cresco Labs’ commitment to quality and professionalism.

Formación

• Experience leading, managing and coaching direct reports.
• Background in health and safety policies for regulated foods.
• Understanding recipes, production, and kitchen sanitation.

Responsabilidades

• Set weekly and monthly production schedules with S&OP and leadership.
• Direct kitchen staff for infused edibles and operate production equipment.
• Maintain batch calculations and production logs.
• Coordinate ingredients and supplies with approved vendors.
