Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is hiring a Personal Care Specialist at our Willmar, MN dispensary to engage customers from checkout to completion of their visit. You’ll guide product selections, explain consumption methods, and ensure a safe, positive shopping experience.

Applicants should have at least one year of customer service, be 21+, and be comfortable with a fast-paced retail setting. Prior cannabis familiarity is a plus, and compliance with state regulations is mandatory.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements ( mornings, days, nights, weekends ) to meet business needs
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must comply with all legal regulations for working in cannabis industry

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe regimens and stay updated on product knowledge
