Job summary

The Garden Dispensary in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Dispensary Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach Budtenders, and ensure compliance with DCC regulations. You will drive sales, monitor guest experience, and manage cash controls, inventory, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of retail leadership experience, including experience leading teams of 20+ people.
• Strong communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to meet all Ohio DCC employment, background, fingerprinting, licensing, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts with hands-on leadership to drive store execution.
• Coach, develop, and motivate Budtenders; provide feedback and follow-up.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new employees and ensure training completion.
• Address performance or conduct concerns promptly with store leadership.
• Ensure friendly, efficient, compliant guest service and monitor guest flow and order accuracy.
• Open/close dispensary per SOPs, supervise cash handling, and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and customer-ready standards; support inventory movement.
• Document incidents, inventory discrepancies, and security concerns; support audits and inspections.
• Monitor KPIs such as AOV, loyalty enrollment, and labor efficiency; drive performance.
