Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and train team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on cannabis consumption methods.
• Delegate tasks for each shift, including cash handling, POS use, data entry, and order verification.
• Ensure security measures, store cleanliness, and vault accuracy.
• Collaborate with management to run compliant retail operations.
• Handle daily operations data collection and issue resolution.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
