You will ensure top-tier customer service, maintain product knowledge, and uphold regulatory compliance while guiding a team of associates in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes inventory control, POS accuracy, training new staff, and collaborating with management to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role in retail with POS operations.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Understand state/local cannabis regulations and employee policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains and train the team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; coordinate with managers.
• Assist customers in product selection and explain different cannabis methods.
• Delegate tasks during shifts and manage POS/data entry.
• Ensure security and safety compliance and keep the store clean and organized.
• Open and close procedures and onboarding/training of new staff.
