Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) is opening a Lewis Center dispensary and seeks a Full-Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through cannabis purchases with accurate product descriptions. The role emphasizes exceptional service, accuracy, and compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position offers flexibility in weekday and weekend shifts, 30–40 hours per week, and benefits such as PTO and company swag.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Cannabis POS software a plus
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic
• Must comply with cannabis industry regulations
• Excellent organization and time management
• Clear and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining compliance and store integrity
• Guide customers through sales and provide knowledgeable assistance
• Keep sales floor stocked and up-to-date with displays and menus
• Fulfill and pack customer orders and move them to pickup
• Promote a positive, customer-service oriented environment
• Develop product knowledge to offer current information to customers
• Respond to inquiries in store, online, and by phone
• Accurately use and maintain the POS system and process transactions with cash handling
