The incumbent will lead inventory awareness, product knowledge, and staff training, while ensuring accurate cash handling, POS use, and secure vault practices within a fast-paced retail cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• Cannabis experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and strains and train others in the team.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels and communicate items with the management.
• Assist in customer consultations to ensure correct product choices and educate on cannabis methods.
