Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in lieu of degree in a supervisory/management role in retail with POS operations
• Ability to hire a diverse staff with a broad skill set
• Lead Team through Learning & Development with coaching & mentorship
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis regulations
• Obtain Registered Agent Card in state of operation
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Clear, effective communication; adaptable in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Analyze key business metrics and drive action plans with the team
• Maintain P&L awareness by managing expenses and sales growth
• Oversee retail operations including workforce management and inventory reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and security policies
• Foster relationships with regulators and law enforcement
• Focus on customer loyalty and delivering engaging experiences
• Ensure store appearance aligns with corporate standards
• Oversee purchasing with wholesale partners
• Lead innovation in a fast-paced setting
• Address responsibilities from Corporate Management Team
• Lead weekly managers meetings and monthly team meetings
