Responsibilities

• Oversee point-of-sale transactions and staff performance in the Dispensary.
• Manage patient logs, inventory storage, ordering, and record accuracy.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts.
• Develop privacy policies, ensure HIPAA compliance and data security.
• Lead department managers to meet plan goals following safety procedures.
