Job summary

High Plainz Strains is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Fort Lupton dispensary. This is a working retail management position responsible for supervising daily store activity, guiding Front Desk Associates and Budtenders, and managing cash and opening/closing procedures.

You will resolve customer and employee issues, ensure compliance with Colorado MED rules, and support the Store Manager. Cannabis retail experience helps but strong supervisors from retail or hospitality are welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, keyholder, shift-lead or management experience.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate employees.

• Cash handling and reconciliation experience.
