Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead the frontline team in a Nevada retail store. The role focuses on service, pace, and energy, while handling deliveries, inventory input, and FIFO compliance.

You will mentor staff, ensure product knowledge, support patient consultations, and oversee cash handling, paperwork, and security procedures to keep the store operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in dispensary, retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow and uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains, and share knowledge with team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in consultations to guide product choices for patients.
• Receive deliveries and map them in MJ Freeway; report discrepancies.
